Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

No Guarantee of Exact Match
Product images and descriptions are for reference; we do not guarantee that the product’s appearance will exactly match what is shown on your screen.
Changes and Discontinuation
We may update product details, pricing, or availability at any time without notice. We may also limit quantities, restrict sales, or discontinue items.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATIONS
Order as an Offer
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject an order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, inventory limits, pricing errors, or verification issues.
When an Order Is Accepted
An order is considered accepted only after we confirm it (for example, by sending a shipping confirmation or otherwise indicating acceptance) and payment has been authorized/processed.

Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation or changes may not be possible.
Returns
Returns and refunds (if any) are governed solely by our Return & Refund Policy.

No Storage of Card Data
We do not store full payment card details. Payment processing is handled by authorized providers according to their security standards.
Bank Issues
If a payment is declined or held, please contact your card issuer or payment provider.

Delivery Estimates
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
Risk of Loss
Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Restrictions

Trademarks
“SimpleGrowCo” and related marks are our trademarks or trade dress. Other trademarks used on the Services are the property of their respective owners.

We may provide access to tools or integrations offered by third parties. Such tools are provided “as available” and “as is.” We do not control third-party tools and are not responsible for their functionality, reliability, or terms. SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you. However, any purchase you make is a transaction between you and SimpleGrowCo, not Shopify. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and SimpleGrowCo, including any injuries, damages, or losses arising from products you purchase. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with SimpleGrowCo.
SECTION 11 — PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process data related to your access and use of the Services as described in Shopify’s own policies.
SECTION 12 — FEEDBACK, REVIEWS & SUBMISSIONS
If you send us suggestions, reviews, ideas, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Feedback for any lawful purpose, including improving and promoting the Services. You represent that you have the rights to submit such Feedback and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
We may remove Feedback that we believe is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleGrowCo and our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or replacement costs, arising from or related to your use of the Services or any products purchased through the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SimpleGrowCo, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Services; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Informal Resolution First
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@simpleglowco.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
Individual Basis
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes will be handled on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Nothing in this section limits a party’s right to seek interim or injunctive relief for intellectual property or misuse of the Services where permitted by law.
SECTION 21 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
