Damaged or Lost Items
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we will resolve the issue promptly.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our support team at support@simpleglowco.com within 72 hours of receiving the item. Please include photos of both the product and the packaging, and we will offer a replacement or full refund as soon as possible. -
Lost or Stolen Packages:
SimpleGlowCo is not responsible for items lost or stolen after the tracking status shows "Delivered". If this happens, please:-
